Frequently Asked Questions About Us

1. What products do you export?

We export a wide range of Egyptian fresh and frozen produce — fruits (grapes, oranges, mandarins, strawberries, mango, plums, apricots, dates), vegetables (onions, potatoes, broccoli, peas), and IQF frozen items and mixed vegetable blends. Availability is seasonal — see our Season Calendar.

2. Which countries do you export to?

We ship to importers across the Gulf, Europe, Russia, Africa, and Asia. If your market isn’t listed, contact us — we regularly open new destinations.

3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is one 40ft reefer container (approx.2 to 5 tons). For compatible products, we can arrange mixed‑load containers so you can test the market

4. What Incoterms do you offer?

We work with FOB, CIF, and CNF to major global ports. Tell us your preferred term and destination, and we’ll quote accordingly.

5. What are your payment terms?

Typical terms are a deposit on order confirmation with the balance against shipping documents, or an irrevocable L/C at sight. Final terms depend on order size and destination.

6. Can I request samples before ordering?

Yes, we can arrange product samples and full specifications, subject to courier costs / on agreed terms so you can verify quality before committing to a container.

7. What quality certifications do you hold?

Our produce is handled under GlobalGAP / HACCP practices, with residue and quality checks before shipment.

8. How do you protect freshness during shipping?

Produce is pre‑cooled after harvest and loaded into temperature‑controlled reefer containers with data loggers, maintaining the cold chain from our packhouse to your destination port

9. What packaging options are available?

We offer standard export packing and custom options — carton sizes, net weights, mesh bags, and calibers tailored to your market. Private‑label packaging is available on request

10. What is the typical lead time from order to shipment?

 Standard processing is 5–7 days from order confirmation — allowing time for harvest, grading, packing, and export documentation
