Al-Shalaan Group supplies crisp, export-grade iceberg lettuce grown in Egypt’s fertile Delta and reclaimed-land farms. Cut at peak maturity, field-cooled and packed under strict hygiene, our iceberg heads arrive firm, tightly wrapped and crunchy — ideal for supermarket produce sections, food-service and fresh-cut processing. Egypt’s mild winter growing season lets us supply high-quality heads during months when many other origins are limited.

- Packaging: Cartons of 8, 10 or 12 heads, or to buyer specification; option of individual protective sleeves
