- Export season: Typically September to March
- Sizes: Graded by count/size (e.g. U/S, small, medium, large) to buyer specification
- Packaging: Cartons (5 / 6 kg) or to buyer specification
- Cold chain: Cured after harvest, then stored and shipped at approx. 7–10 °C (not chilled below 7 °C)
- Loading: Refrigerated (reefer) container to specification
